Stanburys provide unique computerised graphical asset data solutions to the Estate Management FM (Facilities Management) Market, using our in-house EMIS.BIZ® Software Solution.
EMIS.BIZ® (Estates Management Information Systems) is a Corporate System, accessed via the client network, or hosted by Stanburys, and caters for multi-site usage, utilising full security access permissions. EMIS.BIZ® currently tracks Asset Lifecycle and maintenance activity, space management, leases, asbestos tracking, financial budgets, project control and document management on over 4,500 buildings for the Defence Sector.
Stanburys EMIS.BIZ® solution is a 'one-stop-shop'. Stanburys' surveyors and engineers capture asset data, survey existing buildings and create CAD drawings. Our implementation team populates the various modules in EMIS.BIZ® with captured data, importing the drawings to create the current location of assets. A fully populated and working asset register is handed over to the client for future maintenance of assets, with Stanburys facilitating with hot-line support, full training and further operational support, where required. Or, alternatively, the captured data is populated into the clients own systems.
Stanburys Survey Teams use the very latest High Density Laser Scanning and GPS equipment to carry out existing building, topographical and road surveys. Stanburys were the first company in the UK to purchase the Leica HDS6000 scanner for creating, amongst other things, 3D models of existing buildings.
The work by Stanburys has been highly praised. Stanburys were the outright winners of the British Institute of Facilities Management Award for Innovation. Stanburys were also awarded the Defence Estates 'Percy Thomas Award' for Excellence. The EMIS.BIZ® Estate Management solution, for DERA, also won the Category 'Main Award' for Smarter Usage.
