Surveying Services

Stanburys compliment EMIS.Biz® by providing full surveying services using the latest survey equipment and technology, including advanced 360° spherical photographic products and High Definition Laser Scanners. Our surveying teams use the latest high density laser scanning and GPS equipment to carry out existing building, topographical and road surveys and we were the first company in the UK to purchase the Leica HDS6000 scanner for creating 3D models of existing buildings. We also utilise Spheron-VR cameras to produce high dynamic range spherical images, with measuring capabilities and FLIR Thermal Imaging Cameras, which enables us to provide thermography surveying to analyse the energy-efficiency of buildings.

BIM - Building Information Modelling

Stanburys use their 3D laser scanners to generate and manage information on a building for life cycle, clash detection, space planning and condition monitoring. EMIS - The Estate Management Information System created by Stanburys is designed to take BIM type data and make it accessible both for data and graphics in an easy drill down reporting solution.
