EMIS.BIZ® is a user-friendly graphical database, designed to enable access to all information on Asset and Property management from one central location.

The system has been designed specifically for Estate Managers, especially where property is likely to be found in many different locations around the UK, and is brought together to one central repository, either of the client network, or hosted on Stanburys' own secure servers.

	A fully compliant asbestos risk management application. Tracks and maintains asbestos register. Web enabled.
Asset Management
	A fully integrated Asset Management and Maintenance solution, which provides a full asset and equipment register, with life cycle costing features together with a management viewer and customisable reporting.
Site Information Management System
	Document management system, where documents are placed within project folders at Building, Site or Corporate level.
