Current Projects
DSTL
Stanburys have recently renewed their contract with DSTL to provide
EMIS.BIZ® support and
assist the maintenance of application data changes, for their Estate Management team.
Stanburys Developers have worked closely with the DSTL Environmental Management Team to provide a solution for
monitoring Environmental Risk and to set legislative controls, using a 'traffic light' system to analyse risk status.
QinetiQ Estates
Stanburys are pleased to announce that they have been chosen by QinetiQ Estates to provide Additional
Operational Support for their EMIS.BIZ®
solution, together with data audit support, where required.
The Stanburys Development team have also worked closely with QinetiQ Estates to provide a Site Module to monitor Site
Specific information, such as location of licences, current on-site projects and building valuation detail.
Aspire Defence
Stanburys are currently providing survey services to the Aspire Defence Project Team, in Aldershot. Our
Project Facilitator is assisting Design Engineers with their requirements and Stanburys are providing electronic
drawing floorplans, building elevations and drainage reports through our site survey teams. The Aspire project is a
13 billion pound refurbishment programme of Defence Estate Barracks, in the Salisbury Plain area.
Metronet Rail SSL Limited
Metronet Rail SSL Limited use the EMIS.BIZ®
Asbestos Management Solution to monitor all identified asbestos materials in the London Underground stations under
their remit.
The Asbestos Module (ARM) gives a graphical representation of Asbestos Locations and highlights locations associated
with unaccessed areas. ARM produces a full risk summary and asbestos register, prompts the user to inspect identified
asbestos containing materials at regular intervals (dependant on associated risk), and monitor condition.
Photographs of asbestos samples are available for condition purposes, where possible. ARM is coupled with a fully
web-enabled search facility (Asbestos Rapid Search), which aids the monitoring process and can be used for maintenance
permit control.
